1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking transportation with MP Black Limo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

MP Black Limo reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary.

3. Airport Pickups

For airport arrivals:

  • Domestic flights include up to 45 minutes of complimentary wait time.

  • International flights include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.

  • Additional waiting time may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

  • Airport parking fees, tolls, and applicable surcharges may apply.

4. Logan Airport Pickup Fee

For meet-and-greet or terminal pickups at Logan Airport, parking fees, airport fees, and operational surcharges may be added to the reservation.

These charges may vary based on airport regulations and parking rates.

5. Cancellations

Sedans and SUVs

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100% of the reservation amount.

Special Events, Hourly Charters, Weddings, and Large Vehicles

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Additional cancellation terms may apply.

6. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

  • The passenger cannot be contacted.

  • The passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location.

  • The included waiting period expires.

No-show reservations may be charged the full fare.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Follow all applicable laws.

  • Treat chauffeurs respectfully.

  • Avoid damage to vehicles.

Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior are prohibited.

Cleaning or damage fees may be charged when necessary.

8. Vehicle Capacity

Passengers and luggage must comply with vehicle capacity limits.

MP Black Limo reserves the right to refuse service when safety limits are exceeded.

9. Delays Beyond Control

MP Black Limo is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Airline delays

  • Government actions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

10. Lost and Found

We will make reasonable efforts to return lost items.

MP Black Limo is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Shipping costs for returned items are the passenger’s responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

MP Black Limo’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected reservation.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service when passenger behavior threatens safety, violates laws, or damages company property.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
